We provide full-time educational childcare for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with before and after school care for Daniels Elementary students.
Pickup must occur by 6:00 PM. $5.00 fee applies for any pickup after 6:00 PM. After 6:05 PM, an additional $2.00 per minute applies. A one-time 5-minute grace period is given for the first late pickup.
All children must have: A current well-visit from their pediatrician, updated immunization records, for infants under 12 weeks: a doctor’s note stating the infant is well enough to attend.
Yes. Full-time children receive 12 vacation days per calendar year. Part-time children receive 6 vacation days per calendar year.
Effective September 1, 2026, our weekly rates are: $250/week full-time childcare (under age 2), $230/week full-time childcare (ages 2 and up), $150/week part-time childcare (ages 2+, 3 set days per week, infants not eligible), $90/week before & after school care (includes snack), $215/week summer and no-school days (school-age children).
Staff may only administer prescription medication and only when: It is in the original container, it is labeled with the child’s first and last name, parents complete a medication form, and the staff member is medication-administration certified.
Yes. We offer a 20% discount for a second enrolled child.
All staff members: Are trained in CPR and First Aid, to complete at least 18 hours of professional development annually, participate in the WV STARS Career Pathway, and have completed criminal background checks.

Yes. Each classroom follows an age-appropriate daily schedule and lesson plan created by the teacher. These plans evolve as children develop and reach new milestones.
We are closed on: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
